Policies

  • Unpaid invoices expire after 24 hours
  • $1000 cleaning fee for all lingering cannabis odor
  • 50% deposit or full payments before a timeslot can be reserved
  • No cash or check payments
  • Paypal payments only
  • Permits are required for filming
  • We book space!
  • You provide the crew.
  • We cannot hold dates or times

Rules

  • Block scheduling only on the weekends unless it’s a buyout
  • Release waivers required for buyouts and filming
  • 18 and older
  • No rolling over hours

Cancellation Policies

Please cancel or make adjustments 48 hours before your scheduled session. If not those scheduled hours will count towards your time. All session begins and ends at the scheduled time regardless if you arrive and start late. There are 10-minutes of padding before your start time and 10-minutes of padding after your end time.

Monthly agreement cancellation must be given 30 days before the 1st of each month. A monthly invoice is issued for all reoccurring events. 

A buyout requires a 50% deposit. 

*All Deposits And Final Payments Are Non-Refundable But Transferable to a later date. All Payments May Be Transferred To Pay For Future Workshops Or Other Services Only If Arranged 48 Hours In Advance Of Original. A member or nonmember can cancel his or her session or forfeit the deposit. Your deposit can be used for a future reservation for one year. There are no exceptions.
